refund policy

14 days, if unused

You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, as long as you haven't downloaded a Pro project or a Pro Figma file since that payment. Copying prompts doesn't affect your refund.

how to ask

Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or write to support@uberdesigner.ai with the email you signed up with. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

after a refund

The plan ends when the refund is issued, and Pro templates lock again.

after 14 days

No refunds for a period that has already started, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of it.

your statutory rights

If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you agree at checkout that delivery of digital content starts immediately, which affects the statutory withdrawal right once you download content. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
