These terms apply to uberdesigner.ai ("uberdesigner", "we"), operated by Advanced Design Technologies Ltd, a private company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), number 12718, at IH-00-01-03-OF-05, Level 3, Innovation One, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.
what uberdesigner is
A library of website and section templates made by our team. Each template comes as an AI prompt, a downloadable Vite + React project and a Figma file. Previews and live demos are public; taking a template needs an account, and Pro templates need a plan.
accounts
- You must be 16 or older.
- You need a valid email address. One account is for one person; don't share it.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling content.
How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy policy.
plans and payment
- Free account: every deliverable of every free template.
- Monthly: the prompt of any Pro template, up to 5 different Pro templates in any 24 hours. Pro projects and Figma files are not included.
- Yearly: every deliverable of every template, without a daily limit.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prices depend on the country you pay from.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns.
cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal payment fails, Pro access pauses until the payment succeeds.

using templates
What you may do with templates and what you build from them is set out in the license. Every prompt you copy carries an invisible identifier linked to your account, so prompts shared publicly can be traced.
our content
Templates, prompts, projects, Figma files, previews and the site itself belong to Advanced Design Technologies Ltd. Apart from the license, nothing here transfers ownership to you.
availability and changes
We add and update templates regularly and may change or retire features. We try to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email before the change applies.
liability
Templates are provided as they are. You're responsible for how you use them and for checking that what you build works for your purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
