widget reel

A 3D motion reel of four dark widgets lit from inside, each a complete, live component. They sit on a 2 × 2 grid in 3D space: a calendar whose light turns from Wednesday's ember to Friday's cobalt, a flight widget in coral where the gate changes and the boarding pass opens for flight YA 351, a voice note in emerald that is recorded, transcribed word by word and turned into three tasks, and a dinner bill in iris violet whose items fly to the three people who had them. One camera, with a 1700 px perspective, starts on a tilted close-up of the calendar and glides from widget to widget (calendar, voice note, split bill, flight), holding a slow push-in on each while that widget plays its key moment; the others dim. Each widget runs its own animation on its own clock, and the reel retimes it with a piecewise-linear map so it holds, speeds up or slows down to land its moment on camera. Then the camera pulls back and tilts to all four at their last moment, and the stage fades to black before the loop starts again. Everything is a pure function of time on a 1080 × 1080 stage that scales to fit any window, with window.__render(t) for frame-exact video export; the camera's keys, the grid and the time maps are plain data, and each widget is a self-contained React component with a clock prop that can be lifted out and used on its own.
