A calm paper-craft motion piece on a 12-second loop that plays by itself, with no text. A mountain photo at sunset is cut into a 4 × 3 grid of twelve postage stamps with half-round perforation. They fly in one every 0.36 s from outside the frame, each lifted, tilted and casting a big soft shadow with a light glint, and settle into place on textured watercolour paper. Then the gaps close and the inner perforation fades, leaving one large stamp perforated only on its outer edge. It lifts slightly, settles back, rests and fades out before the loop restarts. Drawn on one 2D canvas on a 1080 × 1080 stage that scales to fit, with the paper filling any window. The photo is a one-line swap, and the grid, gap, perforation, box, landing order and seed are typed settings. window.render(t) draws any frame for video export.
