A collaborative task board for a brand's campaign kickoff, on a dark board of paper cards. Four columns (Casting & shoot, Story & tone, Launch and a dashed Backlog) hold a moodboard (a pencil sketch of an oval frame, a tortoiseshell palette, a type specimen) and taped, paper-textured task cards with an id, a tag, a title, the owner's face, a status chip and a due date. When it opens, a scripted run of about 9 seconds plays once: five teammates appear with live cursors and name tags that open to say what they're doing. Theo and Marek pull tasks off the backlog deck and carry them into Casting & shoot, the cards tilting as they travel and the column lighting up as they arrive, and the owner's face pops into each card. Elin types the hero line onto a sticky note, Ines uploads a light reference with a progress bar, Theo stamps it approved with a round red stamp, Juno claims the teaser and draws a link from the hero line to it, Elin asks a question and Marek answers and ticks his task done with a strike-through. You, the PM, move the retail mock-ups down the Launch column, pull a task in and assign it to Ines. The header's claimed counter and bar, the column counts and the backlog count update as it goes. Every card can be picked up and dragged with your own pointer, during the run and after it. The 1080 × 1080 board scales to fit any window; with reduced motion it opens on the finished board.
